Football Manager 24 launched on Xbox in 2023. To help create buzz around the game and showcase its incredibly detailed tactics, one skilled gamer got the chance to start a career. Not in gaming, but as a real-life tactician at a professional UK football club. This wasn’t a gimmick or marketing stunt. Nathan, the winner, was hired as a tactician at Bromley FC. He now lives out his dream, working full-time in the backroom staff.
